How It Works

You can log in your problems and requests on our website and get a unique Id and estimated time of completion. Our Coordinator will either resove it or give specific details. If you are not satisfied with the solution provided you can goto the next level.

Level-1 Co ordinator : Co-ordinators offer a personalized and customised solution for all your issues.
Level 2 Realtionship Officer: THD RO completes the Cell and is responsible for interacting and monitoring the co-ordinators
Level 3 Realtionship Manager :THD RM overviews the Trendsoft Technologies Help Desk
